BEFORE THE ALGORITHMS
In 2003, when launching a real music site still required code, hosting, and a point of view, Fillup Banks created 305HipHop.com. The mission was direct: give South Florida artists an outlet, connect the scene, and show the world what Miami sounded like beyond commercial radio.
