I just walked out of Scott Rosen’s office up in Plantation after finalizing one of the biggest transactions of my life with Jeane Towne.

I am proud to say that I am now the official owner of a quaint 3-1 home in Pembroke Pines, Fl. I got a great deal on a single-family detached home for only $65K.

The house needs very little work. We’re planning to knock down a wall to convert two bedrooms into one big master bedroom. We’re also planning to update the kitchen. No major remodeling, just some accessories to modern up the place.

Everyone who knows me better get ready for the house warming party! It’s going down!
